I was honoured to read Pauline Le Bel’s recent piece in Read Local BC’s interview series, curated by Rob Taylor. In it, Pauline reflects on our time together in poetry classes at SFU and how Breathing the Page helped shape her approach to writing.

It’s always meaningful to hear how one’s work has resonated with others, especially when it comes from a thoughtful, skilled writer like Pauline. Her words are a reminder of how teaching and writing can quietly ripple outward.

You can read her full reflection here.
